PDF-specific export options
When exporting a document, you can define PDF-specific exporting options using the following dialog:
General Options
Option | Description |
---|---|
Page range | Define the pages which will be included in the complete file. Separate the pages with a comma, set a range of pages with a dash. |
Don't embed these fonts | Specify the fonts that will not be embedded in the complete file, to reduce the file size. Separate the font names with a semicolon. |
Convert Images to Jpeg | Set to True to convert images to the Jpeg format. |
Images quality | Specify the required image quality level (higher quality will result in larger document size). |
Compressed | Check this to enable compression. |
PDF/A-2b | Check this to render the document in 'PDF/A-2b' format. |
Password Security Options

You can also fill-in the Application, Author, Keywords, Subject and Title fields, and add a digital signature.
